M.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/a><\/span><span class=\"cuerpo-texto \"><span class=\"data\"><span class=\"datos-articulo\"><span class=\"datos\"><span class=\"lugar\">MADRID<\/span><span class=\"fecha\">\u00a0Actualizado:<time class=\"actualizado\" datetime=\"2021-08-23T22:33:17Z\">24\/08\/2021 00:33h<\/time><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/footer>\n<p>En torno a 1,35 millones de personas fallecen cada a\u00f1o en accidentes de tr\u00e1fico, seg\u00fan las cifras de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-voc-vtm-id=\"in-text-traffic\">OMS<\/a>. En Espa\u00f1a el balance del a\u00f1o indica que 870 personas perdieron la vida en carretera. Un m\u00ednimo hist\u00f3rico -nos encontramos entre los cuatro pa\u00edses de la UE con mejores tasas de siniestralidad- motivado por la crisis del coronavirus y el par\u00f3n de la movilidad. Sin embargo, la situaci\u00f3n no deja de ser preocupante porque, para empezar, casi el 50% de los muertos en accidentes de tr\u00e1fico en ciudad fueron peatones.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s y seg\u00fan los n\u00fameros que maneja el comparador de seguros\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acierto.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-voc-vtm-id=\"in-text-traffic\">Acierto.com<\/a>,\u00a0<strong>todos los a\u00f1os se producen unos 11.000 atropellos<\/strong>. Una realidad que tiene consecuencias. Tantas, que los accidentes en los que se ven involucrados coches y peatones acaban con un 59% de fallecidos y un 70% de heridos. Lo peor es que el 85% de los atropellados sufren secuelas permanentes, y que las lesiones provocadas por choques son la causa de muerte m\u00e1s com\u00fan entre los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes de entre 5 y 29 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<div id=\"sm-it-main-container-1630047114948\" class=\"sm-it-main-container\" data-it=\"82c94085-3ff3-4909-85e0-5096f73c154f\" data-device=\"desktop\" data-index=\"0\">\n<div id=\"sm-reference-1630047114948\" class=\"sm-reference\">Por ello, y en caso de darse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abc.es\/motor\/reportajes\/abci-aumentan-atropellos-debido-numero-peatones-despistados-movil-201907250202_noticia.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-voc-vtm-id=\"in-text-traffic\">un atropello a un peat\u00f3n<\/a>, determinar la responsabilidad del atropello resulta fundamental para saber c\u00f3mo act\u00faa el seguro en estos casos. Es decir, si el peat\u00f3n ha actuado correctamente, ser\u00e1 la responsabilidad civil del coche la que se haga cargo del siniestro. Pero tambi\u00e9n puede ocurrir que el viandante haya actuado de forma indebida.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<aside class=\"roba-intercalado sin-fondo layer_inpage\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/4900\/vocento.abc\/motor_0__container__\">\u00abPor ejemplo, si un peat\u00f3n cruza por un paso de peatones y un coche le atropella, responder\u00e1 la responsabilidad civil del coche, pero si atraviesa una carretera por el centro, deliberadamente y en un momento que no le corresponde (y esto se demuestra), en principio no recibir\u00e1 ninguna indemnizaci\u00f3n y ser\u00e1 el responsable de todos los da\u00f1os que se ocasionen\u00bb, indican desde Acierto.com. Tambi\u00e9n <strong>puede<\/strong><strong>ocurrir que la culpa sea compartida<\/strong>. Ser\u00eda el caso si el peat\u00f3n cruza por una v\u00eda no especialmente habilitada y el coche circula con exceso de velocidad.<\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Directamente relacionado con esto no podemos dejar de hablar de la otra parte: de que los peatones no siempre son las v\u00edctimas de accidente y de la importancia que esto tiene. Ocasionar un siniestro como peat\u00f3n puede conllevar sanciones y graves consecuencias. De hecho, precisamente en el caso de cruzar indebidamente y generar un accidente a un tercero, el viandante se\u00a0<strong>expondr\u00e1 a una multa y a una pena de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0de entre seis meses y dos a\u00f1os.
